Job: Cohen Film Collection Marketer

THE COHEN FILM COLLECTION JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee diverse marketing operations for a Collection of classic films, with efforts pertaining to: domestic theatrical film releases, festival screenings, and special engagements; ancillary film releases including DVD/Blu-ray, VOD, EST, and Hulu; international sales needs including tracking markets and festivals, brochures, flyers, handouts, posters, and other creative. Maintain calendars of important Collection dates including release dates, markets, festivals, screenings, awards, events, and anniversaries. Compile metadata and manage approvals pipeline for ancillary art (DVD/Blu-ray and VOD). Schedule and design email marketing campaigns across lists for international sales, domestic theatrical exhibitors, and general consumers. Write and edit marketing copy for diverse audiences. Research advertising and marketing opportunities for Collection films and endeavors. Track budgets for Collection marketing initiatives. Maintain updates to Collection websites; oversee social media management and listening for Collection brand. Track status of video assets including trailers, clips, reels, and bonus videos; maintain a Collection YouTube channel. Maintain archives of important press pertaining to the Collection. Work closely with SVP International Distribution, VP Archivist, Director of Marketing, and Director of Internet Strategy.

Should be proficient with cloud file management, notably Dropbox; Google Docs; Adobe Photoshop; MailChimp. Heavy digital organization and management. Should be comfortable working in an industry-standard metadata and rights management database.
